General tips for food handling while camping

Hygiene is another essential thing to be careful while camping. Because dysentery or stomach infection is the last thing, you want to happen with you at this time. So these are some things you need to maintain. 

Always wash your hands: make it a habit to wash your hands after using toilets. In maximum cases, the bathrooms or bio-toilets are in common with fellow campers. So there’s a high chance of infectious diseases to spread. Carry your hand wash sachets. If not possible, use hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes. 

Never eat any spoiled food: for manhandling, food often gets spoiled in storage or cooler. Don’t eat raw or spoiled meat under any substances. Rely on vegetables in this case. Also, try not to carry dairy products like condensed milk, soy milk, butter, cheese, etc. they tend to go wrong often. Try cooking at a distance from your tent so that the odor doesn’t attract animals to your tent.
