Perfectly Grilled Burgers

We can’t go wrong while making this simple and delicious recipe. A perfect view and a pair of buns in your hand is a sacred moment. 

Firstly, shape the meat patties roughly as big as the buns. Salt patties liberally on both sides.

You can organize a grill for direct cooking and heat to medium-high or heat a cast-iron skillet on the stovetop over medium-high heat. Brush the grates with oil once it is hot. Grill the burgers between 3 and 5 minutes. Keep in mind you need to do that to both sides.

Ingredients:

1.5 lb meat

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Dried spices

Canola oil for pan or grill grates

Buns 

Campfire Nachos

Nachos are the perfect partner for a lazy camp. 

Oil the bottom part of the oven to prevent the nachos from sticking to the bottom. For making the first layer:

  1. Spread ⅓ of the chips, ¼ cup cheese, and green onions in the oven.
  2. Repeat for the second layer.
  3. For the third and final layer, use the remaining ingredients and cover the oven, and place on a metal grill over the campfire for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted, and then serve with lime.

 

Ingredients:

One tablespoon flavored oil

½ lb tortilla chips

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

One can drain black beans

Four sliced onions

A handful of fresh cilantro, chopped

One small lime, cut into wedges
